We have loved meeting our new families and seeing our dancers and theater students! If you have not had a chance to send us your family picture, there is still time! Please send it to info@studiojdanceok.com
Please keep these things in mind over the first few weeks:
Please write your dancer's name inside all of their shoes!
The first few weeks are a bit busy. Things will settle down as everyone gets into a routine.
You are welcome to stay and watch your student on the tvs, or feel free to take this time to run errands and have some time for yourself!
The youngest dancers often have tears or nerves during the first few weeks. This is normal. The teachers will work with you to determine the best way to bring your child into class.
Please have your dancers use the restroom before class. This will help decrease their distractions when coming in and out of the classroom.
Once the class has started, please do not enter the classroom without first speaking with the office staff.
Theme Months/Weeks: We hope to build a community spirit at Studio J PAC, and one way we do that is with our fun Theme Week activities. Sometimes, these activities will be done entirely by the instructors in class, and sometimes, we will need your help! Please check on your class band each week to see the theme so your students don't miss out on the fun!
Next week's theme is "Who are you?" Dancers will get to know each other by playing name games in class.
Pom camp begins September 27th!
Pom Camp is a special 8-week session for ages 4-10. Dancers do not have to be currently enrolled to join! Pom camp begins Friday, September 27th, and runs through November 22nd. (There will not be class on October 18th during Fall break)
Pom camp for ages 4-6 4:30-5:15pm
Pom camp for ages 7-10 5:15-6:00pm

We are excited to announce our Studio J Day of Dance, taught by our NHSDA (National Honor Society Dance Association) students! This will be a community event held on Saturday, September 21st. All ages, 4-18 are invited to participate. Click this link for more information and schedule. Sign up will be all online from your parent account!
